4-H National Conference - Toronto

Where is the Conference?

The Conference is to be held in Toronto, Ontario.

When is it?

The 2002 Conference is to be held from November 6^th to November 10^th.

Who gets to go?

Six delegates from each province, six from the United States and five from the United Kingdom get to take part.

What are the objectives?

è To participate in workshops and discussion sessions with an agricultural focus so you can develop your voice, views and opinions.

è To share opinions, ideas and attitudes with leader delegates in a joint session.

è To develop Canada-wide friendships and have fun.

è To talk about the future and corporate involvement in 4-H and program sponsors.

è To discuss the highlights of YOUR 4-H activities.

è To visit points of interest in and around Toronto.  (CN Tower, Royal Agricultural Winter Fair and a live theatre production.)

How much does it cost?

The Canadian 4-H Council sponsors this conference, however there is a $315.00 registration fee per delegate.

When do I have to apply?

The deadline for the submission of names is November 30^th, 2001.
