. Please note that only members in good standing are allowed to participate in provincial 4-H activities, meaning that club dues must be paid to the NB 4-H Council. Also note that the member must bring their Medicare card to each event. You will receive more information, registration forms, etc. at a later date. Tick the events you are interested in.

4-H members, aged 12 through 14 as of January 1, 2007.WHAT:
A fun-filled weekend filled with games, social recreation and focusing on issues concerning today's young teens. WHEN: March 2-4, 2007 WHERE: Sussex, N.B. COST:
$50.00 registration fee. Transportation to and from the conference is the responsibility of the member. A delegate list will be mailed out to all applicants to facilitate car-pooling.
NB 4-H ANNUAL CANOE TRIP WHO: 4-H members 13 years of age and up, leaders and parents. All are welcome!WHAT:
A well-supervised weekend canoe trip and camping expedition, which will include swimming, skits, bonfires and fun! WHEN: May 19-21, 2007
WHERE: Kennebecasis River, N.B. COST: $20.00
per person registration fee. Transportation to and from the trip is the responsibility of the member, leader or parent. N.B.
4-H CLOVERBUD AND JUNIOR 4-H MEMBERS CONFERENCE & CAMP COUNSELLORS WHO: Mature
intermediate 4-H members to help with members aged 7 through 11.WHAT: A 3-day camp where members participate in sessions ranging from promoting 4-H and crafts to outdoor survival. Campfires,
ghost stories and swimming also make up an important part of 4-H camp life. All activities/sessions will be carried out in English. WHEN: June 15-17, 2007 WHERE:
Caton's Island, Brown's Flat, N.B. COST: $15.00 registration fee. Transportation to and from the camp is the responsibility of the member. NB 4-H WILDERNESS SURVIVAL CANOE TRIP WHO: 4-H members 13 years of age and up, leaders and parents. All are welcome!WHAT:
A well-supervised weekend canoe trip and camping expedition, which will include the opportunity to travel along the river with all your supplies, tents, etc. and try different survival activities.
WHEN: June 22-24, 2007 WHERE: Portage River, N.B. COST: $20.00
per person registration fee. Transportation to and from the trip is the responsibility of the member, leader or parent.
E.B.I 4-H SHOWCASE WHO: 15 4-H dairy project members and 10 beef
project members 14 years of age and over. Members from the other Atlantic Provinces will attend. All beef and dairy members are eligible to apply unless you were a past overall winner at the Showcase
or have attended the Showcase three times. WHAT: If you want to improve your showing skills andknowledge of cattle, let Eastern Breeders Inc. teach you everything you need to know. You
bring your own project animal (unclipped) to the Showcase. All activities will be carried out in English. WHEN: June 27-29, 2007 WHERE: NSAC and Provincial Exhibition Grounds, Truro,
Nova Scotia COST: $100.00
