Healthy Living Initiative- Mental Health Resources

During this time 4-H New Brunswick understands that families are in search of ways to engage their 4-H'ers while in-person activities are suspended. Through the Healthy Living Initiative 4-H Canada has created resources designed to increase the knowledge of healthy living in Leaders and youth.

Resources in this are will allow youth members and leaders to achieve a state of well being where they are able to reach their own potential and make positive contributions to their Club, Province, Country and World.
